Yep! 99% of our eSIMs can be topped up within the ZenSim app with just a couple of clicks. If you run out of data, need more days, or you even want to add a new destination to the same eSIM, you can do all of this in the top up section in the Zen Garden in the app.

Log into the app, navigate to the Zen Garden to find your Seychelles service, and you will see a button to up your eSIM right there.

Extending a long trip: If you're travelling to Seychelles for more than 30 days, you can add as many top ups as you need to your first eSIM to extend the days and data you have. Each top up will only take effect when the previous eSIM is expired so you can purchase the top ups any time you want without worrying about overwriting your existing plan.

Multi country top ups: You can now add multiple countries to most of our eSIMs via top up, so if you're in Europe for example and are stopping over in Dubai on the way home, you can add a Dubai top up to your Europe eSIM so you don't need to reinstall anything. Alternate country top ups will only activate when you arrive in the new country.

Single-country eSIMs like the Seychelles one are only valid within that country once activated.

Great question! Our Seychelles unlimited plans come with a 3GB daily allowance, which is plenty for most travellers - the average person uses under 1GB a day.

If you do blow past that in a single day, your speed drops to 1Mbps until midnight, when your daily allowance resets and you're back to full speed.

If you're on a fixed-data plan instead (say 10GB or 20GB), there's no daily cap at all - use as much as you like until the plan runs out. We'll give you a heads up before that happens, and topping up is just a couple of taps away in the ZenSim app.

Your days and data don't start counting down the second you buy the eSIM - they only kick in once you actually land in Seychelles, so feel free to install it well ahead of your trip.

As long as it's already installed, it'll auto-activate the moment you arrive, and that's when the clock starts on your plan.

As for when it ends - your plan runs until either your data or your days are used up, whichever happens first (unless you're unlimited, in which case it's just the days that matter). A 30-day plan means it ends 30 days from your arrival in Seychelles, not 30 days from your purchase date.
